【Maintenance focus】Maintenance matters for compression garbage trucks

In order to enable you to fully utilize the vehicle's performance in future vehicle operations, we have carefully prepared vehicle operation videos and product maintenance instructions for you. Please read them carefully so that you can quickly and comprehensively master vehicle operation and maintenance skills.

"70% depends on quality, 30% depends on maintenance", good equipment management and maintenance are the key to reducing equipment failure rates. Only regular maintenance of the vehicle (upper body and chassis) can ensure that it is always in good operating condition. Please be sure to strictly abide by the vehicle maintenance regulations.

Notes 1.

Important reminder: All hinged parts must be filled with butter every week

Function: Avoid the shaft and sleeve from getting stuck and reduce the wear of the shaft and sleeve.

Note 2.

After unloading the garbage, clean the filler seal, water tank and sewage tank garbage.

Purpose: To prevent the sealing performance from being affected by the attachment of garbage.

Note 3,

Irregularly clean the residual garbage on the push shovel slide, the rear of the push shovel, the piston rods of each cylinder and the cylinder cover

Purpose: To prevent the push shovel from running hard due to garbage jam, and to prevent small garbage from entering the cylinder and damaging the cylinder seal.

Note 4,

Irregularly check whether the oil pipe joints are loose or leaking, whether the oil pipe surface is scratched or worn, and whether the nuts of the riding bolts that fix the garbage box are loose

Purpose: Reduce oil leakage and avoid displacement of the box.

Note 5.

If there is water in the oil-water separator, it must be drained immediately

Function: To prevent water and oil from entering the gas line and affecting use.

Note 6.

When the slider of the skateboard is worn more than 10mm, it needs to be replaced in time.

Purpose: To prevent the slider from shaking due to wear and tear and affecting the use of the skateboard.

Note 7,

Important reminder: The hydraulic oil of a new car must be replaced after three months of use, and replaced every six months in the later period. When replacing, pay attention to cleaning the oil tank inlet and return oil filter and the oil filter element

Function: Reduce the performance degradation and damage of hydraulic components caused by impurities generated after the oil has been used for a period of time.

MAINTENANCE TIPS

Hydraulic oil brand allowed for power unit: L-HM 46

Hydraulic oil brand for cold regions: L-HV32

Hydraulic oils of different brands cannot be mixed, otherwise the performance of the power unit will be affected. Please replace the hydraulic oil in time after using the new box for 3 months. Please replace the hydraulic oil in time after using it for half a year, and add grease to each shaft every week.
